Problem for Fujitsu Siemens AMILO D-7830 (FSP:810U60145) PC Notebook
Amilo D7830 totally dead; Been told it could be
Amilo D7830 totally dead; Been told it could be the main battery (Not the CMOS); Replace the battery, and the laptop could start to work...Problem I've got with that is obvious, I don't want to buy a new battery if it's unlikely to be the cause. What do you think? (I know it's a bit like how long's a piece of string, but any help would be appreciated.) Thanks

IF YOU ARE ABLE TO BOOST THE BATTERY, THEN YOU CAN TRY..USING A MULTIMETER CHECK THE VOLTAGE OF YOUR BATTERY, OBSERVING THE POLARITY...TRY TO GIVE 12VDC CURRENT TO THE FOR 30SEC OR A BIT MORE, ONCE THE POWER IS PICKED FROM BOOSTING , COULD HELP IN CHARGING AND IT CAN ON YOUR NOTEBOOK.....
