Fill the reservoir completely up with water and hit the reset button (on the left) for the water. You should hear a buzzing sound and the green light should go steady again.

The green light indicates the unit thinks it is out of water. Take of rewervoir; make sure the inlets are not plugged. Open the little plug on side, clean tank w/ clear water only, and shake out all water completely. Put it all back together, but leave reservoir off. Turn on and run unit "dry". Your should hear a "flutter" sound as the unit trys to pump water from missing reservoir, the heater/steamer should be sizzling hot & pressurizing. THEN the green light if ome ON, asking you to switch it off, refill & install the water reservoir. If things don't happen in that sequence, you should be able to determine what is wrong.
