Due to the numerous recalls involving Simplicity cribs Products America is not able to supply any parts for their cribs. I suggest you first going to the CPSC's website at www.cpsc.gov and making sure that the crib you are using is not part of the recalled units. If it is, you should be able to find details on how to go about replacing the crib from the CPSC website as well.
