Question about HP P2360AA Keyboard/Mouse

Open Question

HP Wireless Keyboard and mouse combo, GM322AA

I cannot get my computer to recognize the drivers from the installation disk, and the HP website doesn't offer very much help. I have a Dell Inspiron B120 laptop, running XP. My computer does see the keyboard and mouse kit, but will not install it. Thank you in advance for any help you can give.

SOURCE: wireless mouse and keyboard combo mouse not working

Hi As a first resort if you know the name of the manufacturer of any given hardware keep a record of their name and web site for future reference for thing like these most hardware have a web address that usually starts with the name of the product if all ells fails take the product back to the store for a refund or replacement but before you do that always check that the batteries work and are not dead.

SOURCE: HP 3 button wireless optical mouse

Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly. If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the button on the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch.
Hope this helps you. Bud

I bought second hand wireless keyboard and mouse combo :Y-RAJ56A from my friend. There were in working condition at his residence but I am not able to install them at my residence. Please help. Kindly send...

1. Check the user manual and verify the supported Operating System (OS) of the wireless keyboard and mouse. The OS of your computer might not be supported.

2. Try connecting the USB donggle in to a known working USB port on your computer. Reboot the computer if the USB donggle is not recognized. It should be detected and the computer should install the necessary USB driver for the donggle.

3. Try to connect the USB donggle in a different computer to make sure that the Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse is working correctly. If the problem is isolated in your computer only, you may need to contact the reseller of your computer and ask them to check if the USB Legacy Support on your computer is enabled. USB Legacy Support should be enabled in your computer so that it could recognize most USB devices.

Thank you and good luck!

When i am install c4-8674 kb wireless keyboard organizer and mouse combo why my computer not support this device. my laptop is window 7 version, when i finish install software its not working. may be this...

Hope you have installed the devices correctly. It might be the problem that the device driver of the selected devices is not supporting on Windows7 and without device driver the devices will not function. Check the device manufacturer website for the driver of your device for Windows7 otherwise you can search it in the google. Download the driver and install it and enjoy.

My computer stopped recognizing my wireless keyboard & mouse. Says it's missing a driver or that the device is malfunctioning. Don't think it's a battery prob. Do I need a new driver?...

Uninstall the Keyboard driver.
Unplug the Logitech keyboard.
Restart the computer.
Plug the Logitech keyboard back into the computer.
Windows should recognise the keyboard and/or the mouse.
Place Logitech setup disk in drive.
Reload the drivers...

The drivers sometimes corrupt themselves..
You might download the latest drivers for your keyboard/mouse.

I've used the 62150 black combo on XP Pro, not the 62150N Deluxe silver combo, for years without a problem after setting them up. Had 2 PS2 ports so had to use an adapter for the keyboard connector. To sync, press the ID button on the receiver. LED will blink fast for a few seconds, then slower Press the ID button on the mouse and keyboard while receiver is still blinking (need a pen or something for the mouse button). If the receiver LED blinks whenever you move the mouse or hit the keyboard, it is receiving the signal. If the OS does not recognize input, it could be the connectors (I had separate PS2 for mouse and keyboard each).
Their website does not provide driver downloads or much user support - stop posting the link for everything SLSL2000.....

The manufacturer no longer has the drivers on its web site nor could I find drivers on any of the archive sites I?m aware of. If you?re in love with this mouse I would try emailing Sakar (http://www.sakar.com/about.aspx) to see if they will send you the drivers for your operating system. If that doesn?t work you could try just letting Windows try to find/install the best driver it has. If that doesn?t work it just might be time for an upgrade.
