Question about HP P2360AA Keyboard/Mouse
I cannot get my computer to recognize the drivers from the installation disk, and the HP website doesn't offer very much help. I have a Dell Inspiron B120 laptop, running XP. My computer does see the keyboard and mouse kit, but will not install it. Thank you in advance for any help you can give.
Hi As a first resort if you know the name of the manufacturer of any given hardware keep a record of their name and web site for future reference for thing like these most hardware have a web address that usually starts with the name of the product if all ells fails take the product back to the store for a refund or replacement but before you do that always check that the batteries work and are not dead.

Try changing the batteries in the mouse and then press the little sync button of both the mouse and the wireless receiver.

Turn the mouse over and find the small
rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it.
This should connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly.
