If the model number you have this listed under is correct, there is a buzzer module located inside the control panel. It is a fixed module, which means it cannot be adjusted. So, if you wish to get rid of the noise, you will have to unplug it. All you should have to do is UNPLUG the dryer and remove the back of the control panel. Disconnect any leads from the buzzer module and wrap them each in electrical tape to keep them insulated.
If you go to appliancepartspros.com you can view what I am talking about. The buzzer is listed as item 12 under the "Backsplash, Blower and Motor Assembly" heading. When typing in your model number use "DBXR463ED0WW. The digit before the that two letters is a "zero", not the letter "O".
If you have questions, or if you have not provided the correct model number, pease post back with the correct information so that I maybe able to assist you better. I hope this helps you.
Unplug the dryer. Open up the control panel on the front where the knobs are at. The screws are sometimes in the back. locate the buzzer or buzzer switch and disconnect it.

My Ge electric dryer, model dbxr463egww, will turn on and run for about 10 minutes and then kick off. We can immediately restart it, and it will run for another 10 minutes. Doesn't matter which heat setting or timing option we select. Already tried cleaning it out with a shop vac no success. Any suggestions? My husband thinks it is the cyling thermostat??
