Connect Dazzle How do I connect the Dazzle 150, the Sony HI8 Digital Camcorder and my computer all together? This is what I have done so far. I have the S-Video plugged in to both my cameral and the Dazzle unit, then I have the cord that has a red end and white end on one end and a plug into my camera on the other connected to the Dazzle in, and then a USB looking thing connected to the Dazzle unit and into a USB port on my computer. The software still doesn't recognize that I am hooked up

SOURCE: Computer not recognising VCR- what plug should i use?

You need a TV tuner card to be able to read both audio-video signal, else how are you going to covert analog to digital. The VCR gives out analog output.

Trying to find a cable for my sony hI8 model number ccd-trv68 to go from my camcorder to my computer?

This is an analog camcorder - not digital. Therefore, the only cables you can use are the RCA types for audio and composite video. The computer must have an adapter board or allow RCA inputs (analog).
