Question about Coffee Makers & Espresso Machines
The brewing system on my coffee machine is completely jammed. At the beginning, I couldn't removed it, then I gave a few (and small) knocks on the machine and the brewing system went completely at the bottom of the machine. Now it is jammed at this position and I can't remove it. I can't not even place back the tray. How can I fix the problem? Thank you.
Ran into this same problem this week - brew /infuser unit is stuck at the bottom of the machine and it doesn't seem to want to move. Cannont replace the drip tray/grounds catching container. After speaking with Sam a wonderful customer service rep at DeLonghi (866-528-8323) I learned the following that saved me from having to send the machine in for repair which could take 2-3 weeks.
