HOW to Adjust the Leveling Legs

Would like to Find out HOW to Adjust the Leveling Legs on this Machine. They have a Machine Thread, they are Plastic, and Have a Dowel Pin through the Top which makes it so You can NOT Turn it. So, How do I Adjust these withOUT having to Open up the Machine?
Apparently the Legs are Inter-connected from side-to-side//the Back Ones are a "Pair", and the Front Ones are a "Pair"...at this Point my Machine is about 1 1/8" too Low on the Back to Leve...IF I can Find out HOW to Adjust, then I can Lower the Front Legs, and Raise the Back ones...This Out of Level has Already caused the Centering Straps to Break (which I just replaced)...
