I have an HP media center pc the m370n, and i just upgraded to windows 7 ultimate. I can not get the tv tuner to work, what could be wrong? thanks.

- I have run that before in installed it and everything passed with a GREEN checkmark. Even the 2 drivers that it is apparantly blocking because of windows problems came up on it and they both have a green checkmark saying run windows update after installation and it will work, i have done that and it still does not work :S....

- I ran that driver smart program and apparantly everything is ok... I looked inside the computer and found ASUS on the green board and the numbers C1VA82 and SN 3ACG0C7078 If that helps....

think you'll find the drivers for the tuner are not compatible with windows 7. according to the hp website this is an xp machine. download the windows 7 compatibility checker from here to check http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=1B544E90-7659-4BD9-9E51-2497C146AF15&displaylang=en

- all the checking I've done indicates this tuner model to be 4-5 years old and I cant find anything newer than the xp driver you currently have.
I believe win 7 should have an xp mode, have you tried this?
Other than this I've reached the end, sorry.
