my d600 keep flashing gree back to red 3 times then back to green battery has full charge so i took the battery out and the same thing happens with the power cord in only and when i press the power button the lights flsh faitly and u can hear a light clicking noise they flash for 3 seconds and thats it it wont turn on somebody told me it was the mother board??

From what I can understand, the computer does not boot up or turn on successfully. If so, it does sound to be a motherboard problem. You may try disconnecting the hard disk and dvd/cd drve if you can and attempt to power on without the battery. Make sure your AC adapter is good. If this does not improve or change the result, you need to get the motherboard replaced.
