PitStop Professional We changed the color of a PDF in PitStop using Global change. When the color was applied it changed the text also.  I never seen that happen before. What causes that and how do we prevent that from happening again?

Heyo, you can 'override' the text/font when writing your pdf. It should be under the properties when you are about to create the pdf.

How to change the color of the background?

This is pulled from the tutorial PDF:
================================ DESIGNING YOUR MENU Now that your content is added, you can customize the look and feel of your menu. You can change the background, title, and chapter button layout and text. Before changing your text, it's recommended that you set your background first. Often, the color of your text will be dependent on the background color. A good amount of contrast between the colors is necessary to ensure that the text stands out clearly ================================
The option to change the background is in the Themes tab.

I don't know how to change the size of the font.

Hello,

All support for the LP300 is on this site:
http://global.dymo.com/enGB/HowTo/LabelPoint_300.html

Manual for LP300 label printer, in pdf format (readable with Adobe Reader):
http://global.dymo.com/img/compel/MyeIYTQEI_AljQQbCRfrhqMzS5y_q9r_.pdf
Look on page 4 and 5 how to adjust TEXT SIZE, according to the label height.

When you cannot open the pdf file, Adobe Reader should be installed. The reader is freeware. Get a download from this site:
http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/ and install the reader to be able to open the manual.
You can use the zoom function to enlarge the text view on your computer's screen.

I am a proposal writer and I use MS word. The MSWord automatically colors the levels of paragraphs - as an example 1. I NEED TO CHANGE THIS LINE FROM THE DEFAULT DARK BLUE TO GREEN - my Client's Brand...

Go to "Styles" and edit teh settings for each style level. When you reapply that style, the paragraphs should update. It's even easier to manage styles in Word2007.

How do I edit text on a pdf file?

With Acrobat 6 Professional -Select Tools > Advanced Editing > TouchUp Text Tool
Next, click on the text line where you want to do an edit.
Click-drag to select a string of characters and let your fingers walk the keyboard.
Or, just start where you've placed the cursor.
You'll find it somewhat awkward. PDF is not a word editing/processing
format. If desired edits are few and simple the TouchUp Text Tool
will suffice. If the desired edits are more than you really want to return
to the authoring application (word processor, whatever) to make the edits.
Then produce a new output PDF.

Note that the above presumes the PDF does not have security applied that prevents such edits.

I'm using Acrobat. I need to know how to copy the format of one piece of text to another. Or how to take a piece of text and bold it and change the color.

Dear Sir,

U have using Acrobat professional or only acrobat reader? i don't know. But if u using professional means go to Menu -> Tools -> Basic -> Selection -> Select Text.

The text will be highlighted. Click right mouse button u click "Copy to Clipboard" and open word and paste it. ok.

Thanks
Good Luck

tune down the settings in game. example: changing screen resoloution from 1200x1000 to 800x600, also decreasing the quality may help. another thing you can try is exiting ALL applications that are running while the game is running that are not needed, such as any downloading clients or anything that may be using up some of your computers processing speed.
