I have a D-Link DIR-615, and the laptop says the Signal is Excellent, but it won't connect and it says Limited or no connectivity.
Is the wireless symbol supposed to be steady on the router or is it supposed to blink?

A few questions: 1. Is this a new router for you? 2. Is this a new laptop or have you previously used this laptop with this router? 3. Have you set up any WEP or WPA security on your router? Initially try this: Right click on the wireless icon in the bottom left of your task bar (near the time) and select repair.

You have not configured the DHCP or manually allotted IP address to the system or possibly a wrong IP address. This is the reason for limited connectivity.
The light blinks when it scans for the wireless devices nearby and as well as for data transfer.
