Taking samsung tv abroad

I have bought samsung 19 flat panel tv from one of the store in UK and I am planning to take it to Nepal (country in south Asia) and would like to know if there is any connection problem with it if Ibring it in there.

Check out several web sites dealing with foreign voltages and frequencies. the uk makes use of 240 volts and 220 volts at 60 Hertz. Nepal may have 50 Hertz which is incompatible with your power supply.

it will depend on the model of the tv you have some others tv not a multi system in broadcast system which not applicable in other countries.

This sounds like a problem with the relay circuit that controls the power. In which case, it would not be a user serviceable part. It would most likely need to be dealt with by a Samsung technician. If the TV was purchased in the UK, you would have a 1 year warranty with the product. I can't say how long warranty periods would be abroad. Is the Tv a multi standard Tv?  And as you know most countries around the world are converting to digital Tv. A converter box will likley solve the problem.  Try this web site ,  also type in , standards converters , in a search box.
