The GVW should be listed on a plate that you can see when you open the drivers door. My 2500 is 8600 lbs GVW

There is no switch. What you have is a "transfer pump" that moves fuel from the rear tank to the front tank as required, so that you get a smooth declining indication of fuel left on the gauge in the dash.

If the transfer pump goes bad, any fuel in the rear tank will not be pumped to the front tank so you'll only be running on the front tank.

The fuel level indicator is on the front tank, so the gauge will still accurately register the amount of fuel in the front tank.

remove the two screws in the arm rest then carefully with a skinny pry bar pop loose the clips around the inner door there are about 10-12 of the clips. if they brake you can get them at most auto parts store fairly cheep.

check the speed sensor on the transmission,the wire could have been cut or the ground may have been attached to a bed bolt and it could have been overlooked.

Heated seat control module is probably at fault . Have checked for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes .

Yeah, just trace the cable back to the right rear tire, remove yuor tire and you'll see where it hooks up. You'll need to replace the whole cable, not just splice.

1. Remove the rear door trim panel screws.

1. NOTE: The rear door trim panel has eight two-part pin-type retainers. The male part of the retainer will remain with the trim panel and the female part will remain with the door.
   NOTE: To release the door trim panel pin-type retainers, first pull outward on the bottom of the door trim panel.
   Remove the rear door trim panel.
   • Disconnect the window regulator control switch electrical connector.

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
