Question about Motorola Mobility C168 Cellular Phone
You need to get your phone unlocked. If it gets no further than the first screen and asks you for the Network pin, go to ebay, and search for a provider who will unlock it. It cost me ~US$8.
But even if you do, you still may not be able to get it to work. The Motorola c168i that's sold in the US by AT&T is a GSM 850/1900 band phone. I don't know what band you're trying to access, but you may well have an issue.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
