Plugged up drain. Unplug refrigerator. Remove basket at bottom of inside freezer ( it may be frozen in ice) . Get your hair dryer and thaw and remove all ice, At the very back bottom of inside freezer is the drain that is plugged up. You will see a hole, pour hot water into it. You may need to snake a flexible piece of wire through the hole. Once water goes down its open. Worst case you may have to remove drain tube in back bottom and clean out. Hope this helps

leaks water from both side of the refrigerator, but not necessarily at the same time. The drain pan is dry and the whole botom of the refrigerator appears to be dry. I have found ice in the condencer radiator, and the drain that is located just below the radiator is pluged with ice. Of corse this has lead to ice accumilation in the bottom of the freezer to the point of freezing the drawer tray in place a few times. We have deiced this area each time, this time I decided to investigate the situation further and found the radiator iced up. My question to you is, and I believe I already know, could this cause the leaking under the refrigerator?

I am using a two year old maytag side by side refrigirator with the model# MZD2667HIS. After changing the filter the water pressure had reduced by half. I tested the water pressure with no filter using the cap and it is three to four times faster than with the filter. I tried with a second new filter and also with the old filter and the pressure is very low. what is changing after placing the filter for the water pressure to drop? Please help me. Thanks
