How do you get a Vodavi xts 3015-71 phone to ring for an incoming call on an outside line. Unable find any info in the Vodavi users guide. Also have a phone that is randomly turning on All Call. Need help. thx
You're probably looking in the EXTENSION USER'S GUIDE. The sytsem installation/programming manual has the proper FLASH codes and programming access to make it work.
As far as the random calling, try changing phones with another and see if the problem stays with the set or the location. If it's set, you have a bad one, if location, I'd be looking at a wiring error.
