Question about Kenwood eXcelon KDC-X759 CD Player
The KDC - X8529 CD player installed in my car is not accepting any CD even though the Tuner & AUX is still working.
Can ou help me find a soltn to the problem?
Mnay things can stop a CD player from reading.... Try cleaning the LASER LENS in the unit(you may have to remove it from the car) with a cotton wool bud soaked in Windex glass cleaner. Then use a second (fresh, dry, and clean) cotton bud to remove any residue film(left from your cleaning procedure). If this does not work, then the unit may need some detailed diagnostic work done to determine what is wrong, or if a laser replacement is needed. REMEMBER Repairs are worthwhile, only if yo have a good tech!!
