Check the placement of your new felt seal to make sure nothing has shifted or has gotten out of place, if it is ok then your problem sounds like drum rollers have flat spots on them or in need of lubrication. If you have a front loading machine, Unplug the dryer, remove the front of the dryer. This will expose the drum and belt, remove the drum and belt and this will expose the drum rollers. Check your rollers for flat spots, if they have flat spots on them replace them. If they don't then they probably only need lubrication. Lubricate the shaft of the roller with a good grade of machine oil such as 3 in One oil. Reassemble the dryer, plug back in. This should solve you noise problem. Good Luck, I hope this helps

The dryer stopped working in the middle of drying a load of clothes. It won`t start at all now.If I turn the timer switch to the "cotton" setting, and turn the start switch, there is no ticking sound from the timer. When I turn the select switch to "regular" setting and turn the start switch and hold it on you can hear the timer ticking down, but the dryer won`t start. If you let go of the start switch, there is no ticking from the timer switch.

Dryer Does Not Turn On. Worked before, but does not now. Turned the on/ off knob and nothing happens. Tested continuity across on/off switch (knob) and shows that switch is good. Is there a fuse in the circuit?
