need some help to fix a ge refrigrater having a defrost problem

My GE stainless steel refrigerator is not automatically turning off. The inside linings of the freezer door gets very hot. The outside of the freezer itself becomes hot as well. I've tried shutting it off for an hour to cool it off, but it becomes hot again within ten minutes.

GE gss22jerfww every two months or less the evaporator is only ice because the defrost is not working the defrost heater is ok 30 ohms more or less the sensor is new same part number (normal close) and the electronic board is new too. my question is do i have to do some setting to the new board because i see that all the jumps are open

you may need a new defrost heater. A part mounted inside the freezer to defrost the coils.
