Problem for Sharp MX-2300N Color Copier

This pertains to all Sharp Copiers/MFPs that use Sharpdesk 3.2 or higher with the Network Scanner Tool. Has anyone found a way to force the NST icon to show up in the tray when it is missing? I would like my customers to be able to force IP updates. This pertains to all copiers/MFTs that have Sharpdesk 3.2 or newer.

During installation you should of had the choice to add to start up if not all you need to do is copy the NST to the start up folder. As far as "forcing" ip updates not available. You really need to have static IPs for your pcs. If static not available then you should set up the scan to e-mail option.
