when installed 100% nero 9 free version gives the message '' application failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect'' when start up attempted. How does a computer simpleton such as myself overcome this please ?

- No change after uninstalling then reinstalling.

- Tried different download site and only got 85% download. Will try some more. but going nowhere fast.

Try reinstalling preferably uninstall first if possible.

- could be a bad download, try downloading again ( different download location might work)
