I would like to chat live instead of posting this problem. Window xp professional. I have followed the resource disc and connected? When I click on connect to internet the laptop says it cannot display the webpage because TCP/IP is disabled. Can you take me through the solution?

set it up as follows:
Go to Tools, then Options, and click on Audio Settings and set the Microphone and Speakers to the computer Audio Card.

The camera and audio should function properly. Your friends and Family will now be able to see and hear you.

B. Yahoo Setup:

set it up as follows:
Go to Messenger at the top left and click on it.
Next go down to Preferences and click on it.
Next Calling and Devices on the right and set the Microphone and Speakers to the computer Audio Card.
Next go to the Test Audio section and (in blue writing) click on "Open the call setup assistant" and follow the instructions on the left window.

After you get your camera installed properly, DO NOT unplug it from the USB port as it will cause
the drivers to be corrupt and render the camera unusable till reinstalled it properly.

In any case, pls go here.The click on the Drivers & Downloads tab; Click on the arrow downopposite the "Select OS"; Click on Windows XP; click on MP130MPD700a38U-01WIN2KXP_USZ.exeon next window click on "IAgree, Begin Download; on next small window, pls click on "Save File".Download will start and save to your Desktop. After download, doubleclick on the file. It will start installing. Pls follow on screeninstructions.
