my hp D2360 doesn't function normally.... usually when you open the top cover to replace the ink the catridge will move to the center but now even you open the cover the catridge doesn't move.... another is it appears in the printer status that it has "paper jam" but i've already removed the jammed.. and lastly, i can't turn the poweroff... i hope for your response soon.... t
