What kind of game do you all want to play?if you add them as your friend it would make it the invite or chat room better. then all you would have to do is invite them from your friend list.

from the opening menu choose online and then either play now, or goto lobby. If you goto lobby choose lobby, (for starters pick my skill level) and then you can click on someones name and invite to a game, or if the invite you it will say so on the scrolling info bar at the bottom of the screen, thier name will also have a lightning bolt next to it if they invited you. click on them accept invite and try and win. my ID is dannmidge on the ps3 if you want to add me and we can play.

Iam in South Africa so its unfortunately impossible for me to sort out your machine physically for you. Thanks let me know how you go.
On the Ps3 that isn't working, go into the settings and see if there is something under it that is prevent invitations or friend requests. It will probably be under parental controls or network settings. If someone else hosts the game can that Ps3 join. Also try and get the messed up one connected by ethernet cable and not wireless, it may be cutting out as there are 3 ps3's and probably multiple computers hogging the signal.
