Question about Motorola Mobility L6 Cellular Phone

1 Answer

Cannot access internet

Bought this phone throught ebay and it will not connect to the internet (I do have service through our provider, and verified that it was working with other phones in the house). The phone says service unavailable, to try later. It lists the default browser address as a UK one. Althought the phone was purchased within the US, sounds as if it came from europe. Any way to change the browser address?

I cant install my opera mini 5.1 in my samsung phone it always says that it cant connect to internet.. do i have to change anything in my settings just to fix it.. please help me

First, you need to call your cellular service provider and verify that you have a Data Service Plan on your account. If you do and still cannot access the Internet with your phone ask for Tech Support assistance. (It's free). Tech support will walk you through the process of getting on the Internet with your phone.

Once on the internet, you can go to Opera's mobile website and download their mobile browser directly.

I can not configure my internet acount in my lg365

If AT&T is your cellular provider - Call AT&T on your phone by calling 611. (Calling 611 should connect you to your cellular provider even if it isn't AT&T) Next, you will need to verify that you have Internet service on your account. That may be your problem. AT&T's internet service is called MediaNet. Make sure you ask for it to be activated for your phone.

Your service provider should then be able to send your phone a 'Data Packet' which will automatically configure your phone to MediaNet. It may take up to 24 hours for your phone to be able to access the Internet - so keep it on (and plugged in if you need to) during this time.

If you already have internet service on your account now, ask to talk to Tech Support. They'll get you fixed up quick.

Remember to have your phone number and account password ready because they will ask for both when you call.

You need to subscribe to packet data to access internet. To subscribe to packet data you need to contact your service provider through phone or go directly to their office.

They will send you the settings for your model. Please save the settings to your phone and set it has a default settings. Then you can start using the internet in your phone.

No internet ask for account data

Contact your service provider and make sure that you have a Data plan on your account - or that it has been 'keyed-in' properly on their computer system so that you will have internet service

If you you have a data plan and verify that it is in the system - and you still don't have internet access, ask to talk to your cellular provider's Tech Department when you call them in order to verify the correct access codes have been properly programmed in your phone.

I need to unlock a o2 phone i bought from ireland

You can unlock it by flashing your mobile if your mobile is a CDMA mobile...
The procedure for flashing your mobile is in the link below
It has an video explanation.

If your mobile is not an CDMA mobile , you can get the network unlock code(NUC) by just contacting the current network provider customer caredepartment. It is free of cost.

Therestrictioncodecan be got from your old service provider..This restriction code iskeptto prevent someone who stole themobile from using it withanotherprovider...

They will have a security check done with your date of birth verify whether you are the exact owner of the phone..

After that they will provide you the restriction code to unlock it and use it with another service provider..

It is all free of cost donot pay anyone for this seeing some advertisement over internet . That is all fake ads.

The above proceudre works and you can verify that by seeing the rating of an happy customer here..
