Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
When I press the power button the Sandisk title comes on and turns white and tries to come on again and again with no success. I've the 20 second reboot...failed! The recovery tool is for another model and I just reached my end but I just can't give up.
Sounds like a bad battery. Does it also do this when plugged in to the usb port? If so, then you may have a defective Sansa. As a last resort, try resetting the unit:
Remove the 4 screws holding the backplate, disconnect the battery and wait about 10 seconds. Reconnect and reattach the backplate. Don't worry about voiding the warranty, or anything like that. At this point the unit already doesn't work and if this last attempt doesn't work, return it for a replacement or refund.
