Question about Vtech i6772 Trio Cordless Phone
Both handsets display "enter base id" after an attempt to fix a broken vonage connection through the customer service help line. i enter the number on the sticker on the base but after the restart the phone asks for the number again, leaving me completely phoneless... is there another way to find out the base id on the phone since i think the sticker might just be plain wrong? one of the hansets is displaying "enter base id", I don't know where is located, the serial number at the bottom is DC850756607. Does anybody know where the base id is located?
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
