Question about Magellan RoadMate 700 GPS Receiver
I had this problem with the frozen screen. I googled until I found someone suggesting that you just leave it plugged into the wall charger and eventually it returned to normal. It took about 2 1/2 days but it did return to normal. Remember a watchpot never boils, just plug it in and walk away!!

Send it back GET A REFUND.. I am ditching my Roadmate 700 (cost over £800 34 years agao) .. Magellan Support is so useless, they don't respond. .. just don't seem to care - how French! (and I say this with 28 years working knowledge in France)
Am now buying a Tomtom 720T with cameras preloaded - it upadtes automatically when you sit the satnav in a cradle attached to your PC/internet.
