Re: Automatically turn off or shutdown...

Well first you have to see if does not have water damage(water inside the phone) take of the batery cover and there is a little circle that it has to be white color if that is red color that means you phone is damage from having it on any place where there is water if that is white color can be the batery so any way you have garanty by the factory for a year so just take that to the service departament

Hi there, is the phone setup to automatically correlate its time to the your network provider? If it is, maybe the they need to adjust the time on their system:). Turning the auto time setting function off from handset settings menu should solve your problem.

Let me ask. Did you drop the phone by chance? If you did, you might have broken the sim card holder. Take out your sim and start up the phone. If the phone loads up fine, it is just as I said, the sim holder. If not, I have no idea.

Texting problem - shutdown

Hi Xkush. I had the same problem with mine and took it to a technician to fix it. It is a virus but when he fixed it, he didn't have to download any software. You have to go to your settings and do a master reset. If you don't know the password, it's 000000 ( six 0s). Just try it - it should solve the problem.
