Question about Canon PIXMA MX310 All-In-One Printer
Hi. We purchased a MX310 all-in-one and it works great except that occasionally (not every time) the fax noise goes off when I am talking with someone on the phone. The phone line goes directly into the L jack on the MX310 and the phone is cord is plugged into the jack on the MX310 that has a picture of a phone on it. Does anyone have a solution?
Call Canon directly - there is a problem with this issue and they have fixes you can download or they will replace the unit at N/C - call their support line and talk to someone

Could it be that sometimes when on phone you acidently hit start/send? Check it is set to manual answer too, slight possible call waiting problem, outside chance previous storm damage has hurt modeum board
