There is a vent door actuator motor, that operates the vent door top bottom vent.It is most likely on the bottom of the blower box, near the center of the dash underneath. And the blower only going to high speed, and no low speeds,is either the blower motor resister,or the blower motor relay is stuck.

I have a 2007 pontiac grand prix and my a/c went compleatly out its not blowing out anything why

Either the fan motor is bad, something is jammed in the motor housing, a/c fan relay is bad, or the cluster that controls the climate control is unplugged or bad.

We have a 2005 Grang prix and the heater will not but out much heat. We checked the coolent and it is full

Open the hood and with the heater running(be careful PLEASE), feel the lines going to the heater core(2 hoses running to the firewall, to the blower motor). Is one of them hot? If both are cool, your relay valve to allow coolant to the heater core is stuck. It will have to be replaced. Is the blower fan running( that's the fan in front of the firewall)? If the valve opens but no fan running, you will not get hardly any heat. If all that is working, You have a problem with the vent control valve(that will open the hose duct to allow heat to go through the vents). It works off of vacuum. A hose may have broken (they are made of rubber), or it may be just stuck. Check these first, before looking at the heater core. I hope this helps you

REPLACED BLOWER MOTOR CONTROL MODULE...Now blower is working but not very much air flowing out of vents! Fan speed is working...it heat and cools. but still not adequate air flow from the vents ..2000...

check your blower hoses to see if one or more have come loose or got redirected or the selector switch isn't functioning properly (is it blowing better on defrost as opposed to floor vents, or forward vents, etc.)
Good luck

for the fan blower motor it could be the resistor or the fan control speed control switch is bad.for no lights replace the DRL RELAY for the lights. for the heated seats check the fuses.

Heater comes on and off on my 2002 grand prix

you may try replacing the heater resistor block... that controls the different speeds of the motor and may be defective. (they rust). if you look at the duct work near the fan you will see a part with a wires going to it with two or threes that hold it in... remove that and inspect it. be careful. when the fan is going that resister combination gets very hot.

2004 pontiac gran prix gt

I would suggest replacing the blower motor resistor. When this component fails the blower will only work on one spped or none. This is a very common issue with all automotive models
