The service mode can be accessed but there are two different ways of entering/exiting the service mode and it depends on what type of microprocessor is used. Usually a special type of remote is required to enter the service mode on this TV.
However you can try the following;
1) Using your current remote control press "Menu" followed by 9301 and this should take you to service mode.
2) If this fails use either an old Philips remote or a Universal remote that has a contrast button. Press contrast + & - together simultaneously to enter the service mode on the TV.
3) Simultaneously press chanel + and - on local tv panel and then power on with main switch
Please be aware
Entering or making changes in servicing mode menu / service mode entry data by untrained persons can cause significant and permanent damaged to your television system. If you are not qualified to repair it then it is advisable to call a Service Center.
