Getting this edit and the screen will not clear.

I have tried resetting but zilch effect, any help much appreciated...I expected more from a sony product!

well the same message pops on my nw-a1200 only that i tried reseting it and it still didn't sole anything ....PLEASE help me this mp3 is my life!!!

I had the same problem with SONY NWZ-S615F. I depressed (with the end of a paperclip) the reset button on the bottom left corner of the player and this solved the problem. Sony warns that using the reset button may result in lost music files, but I didn't experience any file losses.

Right now this is all I can get from my Sony NWZ-S616F
