Xerox ApeosPort C6550 i the scan to email function isn't working properly. it will scan to an internet email service but not to our internal mail server. for example i scanned a document to my hotmail account (
luke_bottomley_@hotmail.com) and at the same time to my workplace email (
luke@forsterprinting.com.au) on our internal mail server I received it in hotmail within about 20 seconds and it never arrived in the internal mail server. yet i can send and receive email between the two accounts and between other internal mail accounts... it seems there is some kind of connection error or security issue with the xerox connecting to the internal mail server.. please help...
