I cannot open image files with Nero PhotoSnap Viewer. What is wrong?

- That didn't fix it, I still have this problem even though I reinstalled the program. I don't have this problem if I open pictures in my dad's profile on the same computer, However it has also spread to my mom's profile so she can't view pictures there! Did you just survive a virus attack then you might need to reinstall. or check your program files folder for the application and try opening it from there if it doesnt work reinstall it
