Connect the iPod to different computers and let it charge for a while. Also, as it's booting w/ the apple logo, press the play button to force it to recovery mode. That may let you restore it. If all of that fails on any of the computers, you have a broken logic board. You can try to replace the part yourself, it is available on any auction website. There is an iPod classic Repair service that can fix it for you, but if you're a little tech savy you should use an iPod repair guide that teaches you how to do the repair yourself.
