Hello

The only 3 programmable keys on the remote control are the TV, VCR, and DVD keys. The STB functions are hard coded in the remote control processor chip and cannot be modified. You can however assign any device to the 3 programmable keys as desired. For example if you do not have a VCR, you can assign that key to your Stereo, TIVO, or any other device. Since those codes are not listed in the "Brand List" of the remote control booklet you can use the "AUTO CODE SEARCHING" method shown below to locate the code for those devices.

>> MANUAL CODE ENTRY PROGRAMMING

- Use this method to program your TV, VCR, or DVD device using the readily provided codes in the "Brand List" contained in the User's Manual.

***NOTICE***
Once the programming process starts, if you remain idle for 10 seconds or more, the current function gets instantly canceled, and is confirmed by the selected device LED blinking once.

1). Locate your DEVICE code number from the “Brand List” in the User's Manual.

2). Turn on the DEVICE you desire to control.

3). Press and hold both the OK key and the desired DEVICE key at the same time for 2 seconds. Release both keys when the device LED indicator blinks twice.

4). Enter the 3-digit code number that pertains to your device from the list. The LED indicator will blink twice if the code was entered correctly.

5). Now press the power button on the remote control to power OFF the programmed device. If the device does not respond repeat steps 1-5 again this time using the next code from the device list. If no more codes are listed then use the "AUTO CODE SEARCHING" method listed below.

>> AUTO CODE SEARCHING

- Use this method if your DEVICE does not respond to the listed 3-digit code or if your device manufacturer is not listed in the "Brand List" tables.

***NOTICE***
Once the programming process starts, if you remain idle for 10 seconds or more, the current function gets instantly canceled, and is confirmed by the selected device LED blinking once.

1). Turn on the DEVICE you desire to control.

2). Press and hold both the OK key and the desired DEVICE key at the same time for 2 seconds. Release both keys when the DEVICE LED indicator blinks twice.

3). Pointing the remote control at the target DEVICE you desire to control, press and release using a slow sequence the CH+ key until the chosen DEVICE turns off. The LED indicator will blink once each time the CH+ key is pressed. When the target DEVICE turns OFF, press the OK key once to save the code. The DEVICE LED on the remote will then blink twice to confirm the save operation.

>> CODE NUMBER IDENTIFICATION

- Use this procedure to identify the 3-digit code that was programmed with the Auto Search method to control a selected DEVICE.

***NOTICE***
Once the programming process starts, if you remain idle for 10 seconds or more, the current function gets instantly canceled, and is confirmed by the selected device LED blinking once.

1). Press and hold both the OK key and the DEVICE key at the same time for 2 seconds. Release both keys when the DEVICE LED indicator blinks twice.

2). Press and release the "PAUSE" key. After 2 seconds the LED will blink twice then followed by the codes for the FIRST, SECOND, and THIRD digit for the current DEVICE setup code. The LED will blink 10 times if the code is a "0" zero.

NOTE:
All programmed DEVICE codes default back to "000" when the remote control batteries become depleted or are removed.

Hope this can help you.

Best regards
