I have a mitsubishi wont turn on clicking noise

is the mitsu tv a crt(picture tube type) or lcd/plasma. If it's the later it could be worth the repair, if it 's a crt type tv it might be that some parts will not be available, but in order to find out you'll need a better description of the type of tv , the size of screen and a better detail of what the problewm sounds like. Another thing that may persuade you to making the decision on wheter to fix or not is how familiar are you with electronic replacement, like desoldering and soldering technics and or location of circuits once you open the tv.
