Why do you want to get into the service mode of your set. If you don't have the service manual with all the factory presets you can do more harm than good. I say this because if you were a technician you wouldn't be asking for this information. If the convergence can't be adjusted from the customer menu then you have parts problems that should be addressed by a service technician.

How to fix the convergence on a toshiba TP55D81 tv using the remote control

The convergence is adjusted with the remote by entering a tech menu and adjusting there====if convergence is really bad adjustments are not going to fix it.

The set should have in customer menu a limited convergence adjustment with up to nine points where you can adjust---if it will not adjust there in some way----convergence circuit needs repair.

I understand your frustrations, and if you did the work yourself you can feel really bad. In this case if you really want to save this TV, I would suggest you visit Union Electronics. And purchase a reworked replacement board. In many cases this is the best route to go and the price is reasonable. Call them at 1 800 648 6657. I have had very good luck with this company! And these boards are guaranteed, ask for the lenghth allowed. Have your TV model # and tell them you are looking for the convergence board. Thanks for asking!
