How do i hack into the LG DR275 Recorder to make it region free?

Newer model LG DR275, Google http://www.multi-region.net/lg
find nearest model listed which is LG DR250 says see LG3620, click on that it then offers a download, save download to desk top, unzip file, then open file RMTM0000 and save this to disc.
insert disc in player wait whilst it reads information and after a few seconds will show a menu and current region code, change to O (Multi Region) the drawer then opens by it self when region code is changed. Turn power off and back on and multi region code is now set.
It worked fine for me but obviously I can' t guarantee it will work for you but it should do, thanks to Jayne who first put me on to this.

Good job, that worked perfectly for me and exactly how you said it would.

Press setup, go down to the lock symbol. do not enter it, just have it highlighted, then press "0" seven times. this will make it region free. also applies to most LG DVD players and DVD recorders.
