I'm trying to install American Greetings CreataCard 3 Gold on a 64-bit Vista PC and it says the software is not compatible with my operating system. I've already tried to change the setup.exe settings to run under a different operating system and that didn't work. Is there anything else I can try?

It may not be compatible.Do you now have a 64 bit system? If you went from a 32 bit to a 64 bit you need soft ware that will run on the 64 bit OS.Sorry for the not too good news.
Not compatible or not working well with windows 7?
Maybe, It doesn't work because the driver/application you installed is
for other versions of operating system. I am also using windows 7 like
you so don't you worry, You can still use your old installer/driver from
other versions of operating systems. Just remember that before
installing any program in a windows 7 Operating System Computer, Use
"troubleshoot compatibility". Right Click the Icon of your program
installer/application first, then choose "troubleshoot compatibility".
This will allow you to choose on what type operating system your program
will run. Just reply back if it still doesn't work.:D rate and vote
for me:))
There are unfortunately a few older programs that are not compatible with Vista. Check on the box it will tell somewhere on it what Operating Systems it works with.
Check the requirements on the product box. If your version of Windows 7 is 64 bit, it may not be compatible. You can try to use it in Windows 7 compatibility mode, but it may still not work, especially if it's a couple of years old and was intended for an earlier operating system.

I just installed Hallmark Comedy Card Studio by Sierra on my Vista 64-bit machine. It works with all the saved files from Creata Card. If the Calendar and Address Book data file is fmnot32.dat, rename it to planr32.dat and then the Event Calendar will work as well.
