My display screen is blank but the unit is still working as far as the audio is conserned

You need a ribbon cable replacement at the very least.

It's my understanding that there is a ribbon cable that needs to be replaced - it's Pioneer CNP6498 flex cable (CN871 to CN1801) at pacparts.com. Price is less than $9.00, but shipping there is crippling to say the least ($11.50 - WTF??!?!?!)

Printer screen is lit but blank
This worked for me:
1. Close the display lid as far as possible so you are just able to reach the power button.

BRAND NEW BUT NO DISPLAY
I also had the white screen / blank screen problem on my Inno today.  I powered the unit off, removed it from the home cradle, and then popped out the battery for about 15 seconds and put it back in.  This fixed the problem.

The problem has been with your SCREEN & DISPLAY UNIT. Take it to the Nokia Care with ORIGINAL PURCHASE BILL and they'll change the Display Unit.
