You may have a burned out bake element even if the range is only a couple of years old. if you can see the element look for a burned area. if you can't see it you will need to unplug the range and see how to get it out yourself or call a repair service. hope this helps.

I have a double gas oven, 3 years old. Top oven is not heating, it will broil but not bake. Stove top is working great and bottom oven fine.

This is a tough question because we haven't mention the make and model number you should add that so we can help you better but normally if the top oven is not working properly it may have thermostat problem or it could also be control panel problem can you tell more information especially the make and model

Sometimes you can take it out and it's not working properly and take that oven and put it in self-clean mode and it might fix problems

Dacro Wall oven (electric) does not heat past 345 degrees on bake or convection bake but broiler works and bottom oven works fine (for bake, convection bake and broil).

it could be the oven temp sensor rod located near the top of the inside of the oven,or possibly the bake element has a hot spot on the element and can no longer pass enough current thru this spot to correctly heat to your settings a hot spot on the element will look discolored in this area

Bottom Coil on Oven not Heating Up

yes it is most likely the element (coil) itself burnt out. inexpensive and easy to replace.

Bottom oven of dacor double oven

I found the lower circuit breaker had been tripped. That didn't fix the problem but upon further inspection whoever had worked on the unit years ago had dropped a screwdriver that had lodged between the oven wall and the rear casing and shorted out the lower heating element. I removed the screwdriver and oven works fine now. I don't think that will solve the cmmclow problem but maybee the curcuit breaker is tripped.

Top oven will not heat up

Had a similar problem. The overheat sensor had failed to the open position and the oven control would light up and you could set the temp, but it would drop to 100 degrees and then go blank.

Sounds like a thermal overload has opened up during clean. It may be mounted on the back.
