That means all your activations have been used up and you'll have to wait an extra week before you can download again.
However, pay attention: have you registered this account on multiple ps3 consoles?
If the account has been deactivated on the other PS3 systems properly and you still get the error, then it wasn't properly registered through Sony's servers and you'll have to contact Sony directly to let them know your account wasn't deactivated properly on other ps3 consoles.
Here's the telephone number: 1-800-345-SONY (7669)
Hope this helps!
not internet but your home network. i'm not sure you can use your playstation through your computer. but you can access your pictures, music, videos that is stored on your computer from your ps3. if you have the latest version of windows media player it makes it easier.
Using Windows Media Player 11 as the server
Open Windows Media Player 11
From the toolbar, select Library then Media Sharing
Check "Share my media"
On the PS3 - Under Video, Photos or Music, select "Scan for media
Go back to the PC, and you should see a pop up showing an unknown device
trying to connect.
Allow the device, and everything should work.
Calm down first ive been dealing with this problem myself here we go 1st try turn your firewall to medium to let you hook wireless networks together make sure your settings on ps3 network settings are correct go to the left bottom corner click the icon on comp and go to network then you will see network and sharing center turn on network discovery this will give you a private network try this site http://www.digitaltrends.com/gaming/playstation-3-media-server-setup/
get your own internet connection, stop stealing your neighbors :)
if you are on your own connection, the check your connection settings, or the settings on your router. try connecting directly to your modem. it's nothing wrong with your ps3, just everything to do with your own network equipment.
