HOW CAN I FIX AN ERROR CODE 1012..TRYNG TO INSTALL OLD SOFTWARE 7 YRS OLD? OLD G3 mac osx 10.1?

- found out the old 2000 adobe photoshop still wants to operate on old 9.0 os ..so i guess i have to upgrade..what a rip off..i should be able to use this software forever.with out paying more! thanks

what type of computer are you using. a new one? if a new one you can't work it out due to some software instruction of the old version are being deleted or refined to increase the working capability.some of the code have been change.
