- I just brought the Wii for my 8 year old. We had it for 3 days and now the disk will not come out. I called the CS number and I'm sending it back tomorrow. Needless to say after having it for only 3 days we are all up-set.- ShakiedoJan 17, 2008

WHAT EVER YOU DO DO NOT TAKE THE WII BACK TO THE STORE! CALL NINTENDO FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE. THEY WILL HELP YOU IF YOUR GAME IS STUCK! THEY WILL TAKE IT APART REMOVE THE DISC AND FIX YOUR WII!

Your disc is stuck in Wii Console, It needs to eject manually. You might check out Wii Fix Guide,
