If the logitech toolbar has been successfully downloaded the problem may be either the webcam software needs rebooting ( unplug it from the USB port and plug it back in after a few seconds ) or you may have some sort of software conflict with another program on your computer.
1. uninstall the software 2.restart your computer 3. re install the software 4. rightclick on mycomputer,then properties,then hardware,then device manager,double click on the imaging devices 5.if any yellow color pointed icon appears on any devices, then right click,diable or uninstall it 6.selec ACTION from the top menu bar and select hardware changes. 7.it will detect and install other supporting drivers.

Its a webcam that has good quality video and one that I've used in the past. You'll notice the way its shaped that it will sit and conform to the natural shape of your monitor.
I havent use my webcam for a long time ... it is still working but I lost my intaller to start activating it again please help logitech 8K89 I.T.E web cam.
The disc you need is called a driver , you could download this program from limewire , just 1st try to download any logitech driver , if that doesnt work please message me and i WILL find out the model of your cam , bye hope i helped :)
