Question about E-Machines etower 633id PC Desktop
I cannot get into my system configureation because I do not know what the password is. When I continue to get to the screen after the Windows Millennium screen the scandisk screen pops up by itself automatically. Then there sound in my computer when I put it on that sounds like a crackling noise. I think it my be my disk drive. How can I fix that.
theres a set of removable pin jumpers inside the machine towards the bottom of the motherboard, one of them is the password jumper, remove it and start it up to reset or remove your password. they are super small so maybe use a pair of tweezers and a magnifying glass and a flashlight.
