Problem for Samsung RS2630WW Side by Side Refrigerator

Samsung RS263BBWB Fridge too cold (freezing)

Samsung RS263BBWB Compressor keeps running and the Fridge is 19 degrees F (and is set at 46 degrees the warmest setting) and is freezing all of the food. Freezer works fine. I have reset the it by unplugging it and he problem persists.
